This is a very nice place to take the kids. There are basketball and tennis courts, a baseball field, a play ground and many different walking trails.
Mertensia park is a hidden jewel to me. I frequent it for my own personal walks and meditation, as well as enjoying it with others and for photo shoots. The water is soothing. The flora is beautiful, especially when the Mertensias are in bloom. Just a great place to be overall!
From what I saw it was a nice clean park. Pretty unique playground.
We had my daughter's sweet 16 party here. The place was clean, spacious and a great value. We have already reserved this for a graduation party this year.
