Borrowed money and stopped showing up? We get paid on Wednesday the point of direct deposit is to have it the morning of, but at Highline with direct deposit you get paid from Wednesday to Friday. My bank account got screwed up because of your unprofessionalism I love how you reply through a review yet didn't have anything to say when I was there. You're a joke and trust me, many people know. It's not a secret. You don't even got the balls to fire someone, you just don't give them hours like a coward.
Our crew was fabulous! Hard workers, respectful and careful of our property. They had to move a number of heavy saw tables and tools for my husband, and they did a great job of it. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Very professional! And affordable!
By far the best delivery experience. We ordered a table from Arhaus that had to be delivered to Syracuse from Rochester. Within 15 minutes of purchasing the table from Arhaus, Highline called me to schedule a delivery. They delivered the table 1 day after they had received it from Arhaus (which was about a week after we placed the order) and they arrived to our home exactly when they said they would be arriving. Awesome service, super fast, reasonably priced and not to mention they were very nice people! Thanks guys!!
Great service! They moved our 1,800 square foot house with basement and garage from Watertown to Canandaigua in one day. Very professional and hardworking. I will definitely use this company again!
If you get a quote from Highline make sure you request someone other than Paul. For being the owner of the business he never gives an accurate quote. Always way under or over. Had to tell him whatever he quotes to add 3 hours. Probably the most unprofessional place I've ever worked for, and I've done numerous construction gigs so that says a lot. I've seen him straight run and hide from customers. Paul is a unprofessional coward who lacks common sense. The workers are great, but the business is a joke since the owner don't really give a damn.
