Didn't really enjoy the pizza. A small and quaint place. Hot inside.
I haven't tried this place yet. But I bet they are delicious. The fact that a caller was on hold for a little while is an indication that they were busy, and if they were busy it means they're probably pretty good!!!! I'll update my rating after I try a pizza.
I have attempted on numerous occasions to order sub trays from this location, and was told that I did not give enough prior notice. The first time I called they said they needed at least 24 hours notice. I told them that I completely understand, even though it was 20 hours before I would need the four trays. The second time I called I was told again that they needed 24 hours of notice. I called at 12:15 pm and requested the trays for 12:00 pm the following day. 23 hours and 45 minutes was not enough notice for the four sub trays I requested. The person who answered the phone then got the manager who confirmed this. They have now refused hundreds of dollars worth of business from us, and we will never do business with them again. Too many options in the area for that level of customer service.
Had a really great pizza tonight. We loved it, thank you.
I am giving a poor rating because of customer service. They would not take an order at 9:40 PM. I asked if I could place an order and pick it up at 10:05. I was told I cannot place the order because they lock the doors at 10pm and 1005 was too late. So I will never know how good or how bad this pizza is.
They are fast efficient and the food is fantastic
