I don't know if all snap fitness clubs are like this but this one, made my husband pay for a key card (which later the manager said shouldn't have even happened) when he signed up for a one week FREE trial and then used his credit card and charged him every month for a membership. When he called to tell them he never signed a contract they told him he had to come in to cancel, well they are only staffed during certain hours which are when he is working, and then when he does show up when they are suppose to be staffed they had left early!!! This is the third month now they have charged him and he hasn't been in at all in those three months! Beware of this facility!!! Very unprofessional.
Went here at 5:30 on a Wednesday to try the 1 week trial and no one there guess they don't want my business to even sit around 3 hrs.
Drove 25 minutes to workout and there was no employee working when there are no hours listed online besides 24/7 gym.
LOVE this gym!!! Fred, the owner, is phenomenal. Equipment is in great condition and is always clean! Love that it's 24 hours and it's not usually super busy which I also love. This company isn't in business just to take your money like PF is, they genuinely care about their members!
