I have never had a bad meal here. I absolutely love the food, staff and atmosphere. My feelings are usually validated by whomever visits with me as well as word of mouth that I have heard. I don't repeatedly visit many restaurants in my quest to always try different things, but Eddie O'briens is one of the few that I do!
Part of my daughters meal contained broccoli which happened to have rotten centers. She found out by the terrible taste. The staff replaced the veg. and no accommodation was offered. Something more than ”so sorry" would have been appreciated.
We we're limited to one bottle of wine (4 glasses ÷ 2 people= 2 glasses each). We were not allowed to order another bottle with our dinner. Yet happy hour is not limited with beers and shots. We will miss the friends we have made at Eddie O'Brien's, but we will not be returning.
simple pasta 15.00 entree .no roll, no salad, not even a slice of bread.very very small salad is extra. waitress never stopped to check how things were. she new i was disappointed, she dropped check on table saying sarcastically thanks for being so understanding as she wisked by.wasn't that busy either. very loud and obnoxious atmosphere.
Earlier today, I took our family to Eddie O'Brien's in Farmington, to celebrate my son's 30th birthday. The food was pretty good, as was the service, however we were seated at the conference table (I believe it was called), and as we stepped down from that area to leave, my daughter and her boyfriend pointed to the carpet and asked what color I thought it was. I said black, and then they pointed to the edges which were light, and patterned. I immediately, became aware that the carpeting felt squishy and sticky under my shoes. I could not believe it! I have never written a negative review, however I felt the need to do so in hopes that the management would address the situation ... for their future customers.
